Great Question!

Even though this retreat has been carefully crafted and planned, the magic comes from the participants and group interactions.

The application process allows us a tool for communication to discern expectations and needs from us and from you.

Through the process it will either confirm this retreat IS right for you, or confirms that you are looking for something different.

It is simply all about making sure all needs are met appropriately.
